Welcome to Tacto. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Tacto software and associated services. By creating an account or using Tacto, you agree to these Terms.
Users are granted a license to use Tacto; ownership of the software remains with the developer. The desktop application includes open-source components under their respective licenses. Proprietary portions of the desktop app, the mobile app, and website are licensed, not sold.
Tacto offers a free tier with limited features, as well as paid plans. Pricing and available features are displayed on the Tacto website and may change over time.
All sales are final. The free tier allows users to evaluate functionality before purchasing. Prices may change in the future; existing purchases will not be affected.
Updates and bug fixes are provided while Tacto is actively maintained. There is no guarantee of indefinitely continued updates.
Tacto supports third-party plugins. Some Elgato Stream Deck plugins work with Tacto, but compatibility is not guaranteed. Tacto is not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins.
Support will be provided for common use cases. The free tier allows users to evaluate functionality before purchasing. Niche or advanced issues may not be supported.
Users may not reverse engineer or resell Tacto, or share their Tacto account credentials with others. Users may not use Tacto for unlawful purposes. Interference with the licensing/authentication system is prohibited.
Tacto may use TURN servers to facilitate WebRTC communication between devices. Although all connections are encrypted, the reliability of third-party servers cannot be guaranteed.
Tacto is provided “as is.” The developer is not responsible for damages, data loss, or other issues arising from use of the software.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or abuse of the service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Acceptance of updated Terms will be required to continue using Tacto.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
